The thickness of the final product can vary depending on the source and the kind of the milk. It is best to use a high quality, WHOLE cow’s milk (for its high content in proteins). Homogenized or non-homogenized milk can be used. Raw milk can be used since it has to be boiled anyway. Goat’s milk can be used too.
In some cases the yogurt is more like a drink. If it does not thicken by 70% in 24 hours then leave for another 12 or 24 hours. Yogurt needs to be unmoved to thicken so do not disturb the mixture by stirring when testing it's consistency. Depending on the kind of milk or the temperature the yogurt thickens at a different rate. If the consistency is more liquid than thick yogurt, it is still effective. The liquid yogurt may be enjoyed more by adding the mixture to a super food shake.
Avoid using “Ultra Pasteurized” (UHT) milk, since the high temperature used to sterilize it completely breaks most of the milk proteins. Avoid milk with added preservatives, hormones or other chemical substances. In some countries (USA) milk is regularly added with vitamin A (6% daily values), vitamin D (25% daily values) and calcium (30% daily values) and it can be used with no problems to prepare Bravo Yogurt. Do NOT use rice, soy, almond, or lactose-free milk.
KITCHEN SUPPLIES NEEDED
Keep all preparation utensils and materials separate from other household items (for example you could keep them in a clean plastic tub) and use them only for preparing Bravo Yogurt. Do not eat or cook while preparing Bravo Yogurt. Utensils necessary for the preparation can be washed in a regular dishwasher.
You will need:
1 large pot for boiling milk
1 large glass bowl
1 medium-mesh stainless steel strainer
1 plastic or steel long-handled cooking spoon (no wood)
1 steel tablespoon
A few paper towels
Some aluminum foil
TO PREPARE BRAVO SUPER PROBIOTIC YOGURT (1 batch = 1 liter or 1 quart)

Always wash your hands before any preparation activities and as needed during preparation.
Use clean paper towels (not textile towels) for drying and immediately discarding them after use. Be sure all work surfaces and utensils are clean.
Boil approximately 1 quart of milk, continuously stirring to keep from sticking to bottom of pot until it boils. Milk boils when it blows up to the rim of the pot. Remove the pot from heat immediately. Do not over boil the milk. This point is critical. There is no difference if, for boiling the milk, gas or electric stove is used. The important point is that the milk must boil, that is it must grow reaching the edge of the pot. At this point it has to be removed from the heat and leave to cool down. Cool milk to room temperature (68-86°F or 20-30°C) without stirring it by simply leaving it at room temperature. Remove the thick layer off top and discard it. Then transfer milk into a glass bowl.
Gently add 1 silver starter pouch of Powder Mix, 1 white pouch with Colostrum and 1 small white Probiotic pouch and stir thoroughly with a tablespoon until all the clumps have been completely dissolved. A simple way to dissolve clumps is to add the powders to a small amount of milk in a separate glass. Mix very well, and only when all the clumps have been dissolved, add to the rest of the milk.
Loosely cover the bowl with aluminum foil so that air can pass over the fermenting milk while it is covered. Set the bowl aside in a draft-free spot where it will not be disturbed and temperatures will remain around 70-86°F (21-30°C). A good place is an unheated oven (turn on oven light to produce the perfect temperature). Do not mix or move it.
Bravo Super Probiotic Yogurt will ferment in 24 hours. Then remove from oven and mix it well using a tablespoon. If clumps are present, strain it using the metal strainer. Put the product in a glass jar with lid. Place in the refrigerator where it has to stay at least 2 hours before its use. If you use the recommended 4 oz. per day it will last approximately 7 days. Store powders in a cool, dark environment.
How To Make Homemade Suppository
Simply mix 3 TBSP of yogurt and 3 TBSP of coconut oil The coconut oil should be like soft butter (room temp). From this mixture form twelve 1-1/2” inch rolls. Refrigerate to harden. Use every night before bed. Simply insert it - it will stay inside and repopulate the colon with beneficial probiotics. Store frozen suppositories in freezer.
SUGGESTIONS FOR USING BRAVO SUPER PROBIOTIC YOGURT
It is highly recommended to add 10,000IU of Vitamin D3 to your diet when enjoying Bravo Probiotic Yogurt.
Using high doses of Vitamin D3 depletes the body of Vitamin K2. Taking 1 300mcg of Vitamin K2 twice each day will help. There should be a ratio of approximately 5 or 10 to 1 ie 10,000 to 600 mcg of K2 ( can take up to 900 mcg a day)
Use 4 fl. oz. (1/2 cup) serving daily first thing in the morning or at the end of a meal rich in vegetables or leafy greens (fiber) or before going to bed. After consuming Bravo Yogurt, do not eat or drink anything for one hour. This amount is intended for adults. Daily dose for kids has to be adjusted according to their weight; i.e. 50 to 100 lbs. = ½ dose or 25 to 50 lbs. would be ¼ dose, etc.
With every spoonful, it is best to swish around in your mouth for 30-60 seconds and then gargle before swallowing.
While consuming Bravo Yogurt, do not consume artificial sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners kill the friendly good bacteria and microorganisms.

At the end of the fermentation, no more colostrum is available in the product; this means that if some leftover is used to prepare a second batch, bacteria do not have any further colostrum to use. Colostrum is important to allow, during the fermentation process, the natural formation of molecules active on the immune system. Furthermore, Bravo formulation has been studied considering a precise ratio among the strain of bacteria and yeasts growing during the fermentation process. The cultures have to be renovated every time to keep this ratio.
